Smackdown! vs RAW 2007 IPO

THQ Inc's Smackdown! vs RAW 2007 for Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony Corp's PlayStation 2, will debut on the simExchange on Wednesday, December 20, 2006. The game will be categorized under the Fighting genre. The Xbox 360 version will open for 120 DKP (forecasts 1.2 million copies sold worldwide over lifetime) while the PlayStation 2 version will open for 200 DKP (forecasts 2 million copies sold worldwide over lifetime). Smackdown! vs RAW 2007 is the next installment in the WWE Smackdown! professional wrestling game series, boasting the largest roster of WWE Superstars to date, new match types, and new game play mechanics (including fighting in the arena's seating). This edition features a new analog control system (rather than relying on the D-pad).

New additions include Money in the Bank ladder match, Ultimate Control Moves (UCM), environmental hot-spots (ring ropes, steel steps, and scaffolding that you can use), enhanced control scheme, an expanded General Manager mode and Season mode complete with WWE Superstar voice-overs, and an expanded online mode for PS2 and Xbox 360.

The Xbox 360 version features improved graphics, with 20,000 polygons per character compared to 500 per character on the PS2. The improved graphics include sweating. This version also includes Dolby 5.1 sound, crowd chants, and other sound effects.
