Content Control

A content control system has been implemented to remove spamming and bad links. If a content submission is marked as a bad link, the credit for submitting the content is rescinded, including any bonus if the content made the front page for the stock. A bad link includes broken links or links to the wrong content such as screenshots for NFL Madden 2005 instead of NFL Madden '07. If a content submission is marked as spam, then the spammer's account will be penalized with a 10x penalty of the standard submission credit for that content type. Bonus credit is also rescinded. You will see these adjustments to your account on the transaction history page.
